Initial Visits are 1 hour.
In this visit, I will address your health concerns by conducting a comprehensive interview including: reviewing your current and past symptoms; current diagnoses; and past and current treatments. This will including a medication and supplement review. Together we create goals and strategize for treatment in the near and long term future.
Developed by Andrew Taylor Still in the nineteenth century and refined by many doctors to present day, this gentle hands-on therapy works with the bones and connective tissue in the body to create balance and remove obstacles to healing. This therapy is not only a physical medicine modality, it is also excellent for removing "body memory" from past trauma, surgery, repetitive stress injuries and more. Pain relief, better balance, muscle strength and coordination and only some of the benefits Craniosacral Therapy. It is my own experience with a car accident and a wonderful experience I had years later at Bastyr Univerisity that led me to pursue a deeper understanding this wonderful modality.
Taking time to listen and truly understand my patients is one of my heartfelt life goals. During your visit, we can explore areas in your life that you are ready willing and able to explore in a safe and nuturing environment.
I like to use various techniques, recommendations, and referrals to help you attain your goals.
It is the inner work that truly transforms and allows the outer work to be possible.

I am a preferred provider on the following insurance networks:
Accepting insurance and being a prefered provider means that I am covered as in network by the insurance company. Plans are variable and coverage of certain services depends on the plan between the insurance company and the patient. In addition, most insurance plans start out with a deductible of a certain financial amount that needs to be met before a percentage of 100% is paid for by the insurance company. This is called co-insurance. Some procedures need pre-approval or pre-certification as well and this is changing everyday as our healthcare world changes
Patients are responsible for all copays at the time of the office visit.
Patients are responsible for all deductibles and co-insurances once billed and deteremined by the insurance company.
Services not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the patient.
Insurance NOT taken
Currently, I am not taking Group Health/Kaiser or Washington Apple Care/Medicaid. Naturopathy is not covered by Medicare.
If you have one of these plans, please let me know so I can bill out of network for you or discuss payment options and package deals for continuing care.
Out of Pocket
Currently, all cash paying patients pay current rates for services.
These rates are comparable to insurance reimbursement.
If you are financially struggling and are seeking naturopathic care, please call my office and I may be able to make arrangements.
